We all know the Great words of the late Great Muhammad Ali, like;
Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.
He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life.
The man who views the world at 50 the same as he did at 20 has wasted 30 years of his life.
But what would it actually be like to live life like Ali?
…And please don’t get me wrong I’m not saying become Ali. Everyone has to walk their own path. I’m just saying face life with the same enthusiasm, confidence, drive and awareness that the Great Ali had.
Here are key factors that I believe made Ali who he was:
Most of us lack confidence. Ali was the master of his confidence. You could see it in his walk, his eyes and feel it in his words. So do yourself a favor talk to your mirror on a daily basis and that will help you boost your confidence. Tell yourself kind words.
Ali believed in a higher power and draws his strength from that higher power to achieve excellence. Do yourself that favor that you tap into non-materialistic things that can help you grow as a person.
This is what I call the know how – very important. Ali and his team would study his opponent and tell them exactly how he would defeat them thanks to all the factors we previously touched on and knowledge. Know your strengths, weaknesses and improve on them. Study whatever field you in and current affairs relating to it and make sound decisions.
Ali was big on humanity hence he’s humanitarian activities. He loved people. He was kind to people. That’s why many of us love Ali. It’s that simple.
Okay, you’ve committed yourself to having the attributes we spoke about, right? Now, it’s time to put them to action. Walk with confidence, draw strength, be in the know-how, share the love and kindness. Once you’ve at least touched on those few factors then I’m pretty sure we on the road to greatness.
